Culture Day / Finishing Unit on Puerto Rico
  • the coqui /national symbol of Puerto Rico
  • Roberto Clemente / national hero of Puerto Rico / opened the door for Hispanics in professional baseball
  • The Day of the Dead/ Celebrated on All Soul's Day/ Catholic Celebration that assimilates many Aztec customs and beliefs
There are handouts on all of these for the culture section in your folders.Remember this was a short day!
